The purpose of the courses is to give the participants a concrete tool to better understand themselves, the function of their mind and their environment. It is equally important to me that the experience and knowledge gained from the courses can be applied in daily life. Thecourses are designed to enhance our mindfulness, understanding, love, compassion ... and other qualities that help us live happier lives and have a better quality of life. By meeting regularly, we stay spiritually on the ball and also feel supported in our endeavors by likeminded people.

In my teaching I combine elements from East and West: from classical Buddhist philosophy and meditation classes as well as elements from psychology and writing pedagogy.

I teach courses on request for individuals or whole groups.

During my years in Asia I studied Buddhist philosophy, meditation and Tibetan mainly with teachers of the Drikung Kagyu school of Tibetan Buddhism. I practiced the "Fivefold Path of Mahamudra" and the "6 Yogas of Naropa" and spent four years in closed meditation retreat. In 2004, I was recognized by His Holiness Drikung Kyabgon Chetsang Rinpoche as anauthorized teacher. From 1997- 2004 I built up a monastery and retreat center in Northern India with Drupön Chamba Rigzin, after which I accompanied Western students in a threeyear retreat in Almora (India) and also acted as a translator there. In Switzerland, I have been teaching as a guest teacher at the Buddhist center " Drikung Dorje Ling" in Kreuzlingen since 2015 and as a retreat master at the Milarepa Retreat Center in Schneverdingen, Germany since 2018.
