Course content

This course is suitable for anyone interested in a solid introduction to Buddhist philosophy and meditation and who wants to learn more about themselves and realize the power of their own thoughts.

With a balance of theory and practice, participants will learn the basics of Buddhist philosophy and meditation.

During the course, four different methods of meditation will be introduced, which will also be experienced and practiced together.

Likewise, it provides an open space to discuss personal issues in meditation practice and to share with like-minded people.
