This course is designed as a continuation of the introductory course and offers the opportunity to continue practicing what you have already learned in a familiar group and stay on the ball with our practice.
In meditation we deepen different meditation methods and get to know better the awake awareness of "mindfulness".
From Buddhist philosophy, the basics of mindfulness regarding the body, emotions and mind will be looked at in more detail and taught.
What is most important to me is bringing mindfulness into our everyday lives.
